Easybill once started as a smart invoicing tool. Meanwhile the product evolved into a powerful accounting platform but the brand remained functional, almost invisible in a market full of similar dashboards and feature-driven messaging.
Simplicity had always been at the core of the product: fast invoices, automated workflows, reliable German precision. Yet simplicity alone doesn’t create distinction. It needed a visible idea. At the center stands the star – previously present, but without a clear role. We turned it into the defining principle of the new identity. More than a graphic element, the asterisk became a strategic device: a symbol for clarity within complexity and a recognizable sign in a visually monotonous category. The star stands for clarity in complexity. For small businesses who want less paperwork and more momentum. For accounting that doesn’t feel like accounting.
We modernized the logo, sharpened typography, and introduced a bold, confident color system that breaks with industry conventions. The visual language shifted from administrative to empowering.
Beyond identity, we developed first concepts to redesign the dashboard and rebuilt the website — translating the brand idea directly into the product experience. The result is not just a new look, but a cohesive brand system:clear in structure, confident in tone, and distinctive in a crowded SaaS landscape.
